Ashcroft Motorworks stands behind parts we supply and labour we carry out from our Pendlebury workshop. Wear parts such as pads, discs, filters, and batteries are covered under the supplier warranty period shown on your invoice, provided they were fitted correctly and the vehicle has been used for normal road use. Labour on the same job is reviewed if a related fault returns within a reasonable period after the original booking, and we keep digital job sheets with part numbers to speed that check.
Warranty cover does not promise that a vehicle will pass a future MOT without further work—tyres, emissions, and corrosion can change with mileage and weather. Keep your job sheet and receipt when you report a concern so we can compare fitted part numbers, torque notes, and mileage at handover against what we recorded on the ramp.
If a part we supplied fails within its stated warranty window, contact the desk with the registration and invoice number. We will inspect the vehicle, liaise with the supplier where needed, and agree a repair, replacement, or credit before further work proceeds so you know the next step before the car leaves again.
