Parts ordered for collection are usually ready within a few business days once stock is confirmed for your registration. Priority goes to common wear items we keep on the shelf—oil filters, brake pads, batteries, bulbs, and wiper blades—so many drivers can collect the same day when the part is already in the store room at 2 City Walk.
Service mail subscribers receive a short note when seasonal checks or filter kits are available. Booked bay work is confirmed by email or phone as soon as you confirm a booking. Manchester drivers can also request weekday clarifications by calling 0161 793 1727 during desk hours if a courier delivery window or collection time needs adjusting.
You will get an email when a parts order is ready for collection or when a bay booking is confirmed, including the job reference and category label such as Engine Care, Brake Systems, Electrical Work, Service Packages, or Spare Parts so you know what to bring and when to arrive.
